Exterior house repainting

After the rainy summer weather and hurricane season, it’s the perfect time to plan the exterior house painting and prepare for the holidays, just like this client did. Due to some water damage and possibly improperly applied paint, the previous material peeled off extensively. There were palm-sized paint chips on the garage door. A thorough pressure washing and scraping of the garage door followed, after which we applied Sherwin Williams Loxon concrete and masonry primer for a long-lasting finish.

Trim (SW 7008):

• Using a brush for detailed work around edges and a roller for flat areas.

Walls (SW 6218):

• Using a roller for large sections and a brush for edges. Two coats will provide a uniform finish.

Door (SW 7615):

• Using a brush or small roller. Apply two coats, ensuring even coverage, especially around edges and any raised areas. 

Miami Condominium repainting

This Condominium was built in 1973. The concrete building is standing on columns which contributes to the unique elevated construction model.  It has 4 stories, total of 27 units. It was recently fully renovated including the complete exterior painting. 

Exterior works include painting the building’s pillars and bottom, entire masonry, railings and stairs.

In addition to the necessary preparations, we removed the loose paint and the dirt accumulated over many years with a thorough pressure washing, and then the covering followed. In this case, we applied the material to the surface using a spray paint method, and as in all similar cases, we had to take the weather into account: rain and wind direction, and that there were no vehicles in the vicinity of the building. After the LOXON Acrylic Conditioner primer, followed by 2 coasts of Sherwin Williams LOXON Water Blocking Finish. The complete harmony of the building was given by the level-harmonizing surface treatment of the railings and stairs. It turned out a nice renovated Commercional job done.

Elegant ocean home repainted
