It is an honor to work with a returning client. It is a feedback and affirmation of the quality of our work. This 4000 sq ft, 3-story house located on the oceanfront has undergone a complete renovation, both exterior and interior.

The client’s well-thought-out layout, style, colors, and furniture harmonize perfectly with each other and the surroundings.

The exterior plays with shades of blue and gray, while the interior subtly brings out the color of the ocean. Perfect cleanliness is mixed with naturism. The white base color, complemented by and some blue accents, brings peace, tranquility, and good energy into your home. By first step Cleaning the surface: Removing any dirt, debris, or loose paint from the entire house especially by the area around the cracks.

Then Preparing the caulk: Choosing a high-quality exterior caulk that is paintable and weather-resistant.

By properly caulking the cracks before painting, you can help improve the appearance and durability of the exterior paint job.

He did the outside of our home two years ago and did such a fantastic job that we asked for him to do the inside of our home a few weeks ago. Once again, he did a spectacular job.
